We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Order details: your name, email address, phone number and shipping address when you place an order.
• Enquiries: any information you include when you contact us.

We use your information to process and dispatch orders, respond to enquiries, meet our legal and record keeping obligations, and improve the store. We do not sell your personal information.

Payment is made by direct bank transfer or cryptocurrency. We do not collect or store card numbers. For a bank transfer we see only the details you send with your payment, and for a cryptocurrency payment we record the wallet transaction you provide so we can verify your order.

This site uses cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to measure how the site is used and to support our advertising. These tools may collect information such as the pages you visit and the device you use. You can limit cookies through your browser settings, and manage ad preferences through your Meta account settings.

We share personal information only with service providers who need it to operate the store, such as our hosting platform, payment processors and shipping carriers, and where the law requires disclosure. Some providers may store data outside Australia.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure.
