Terms of Service

All products sold on this site are supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes. They are not for human or veterinary use, not for consumption of any kind, and are not therapeutic goods.

By placing an order you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years of age,
• you are purchasing the products solely for lawful research purposes,
• you will not use the products in or on humans or animals, and
• you accept responsibility for the safe handling, storage and lawful use of the products after delivery.

We may refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe the products are not intended for research use. Any payment received for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Content on this site is provided for general research information only. It is not medical advice, it is not a recommendation for human use, and it should not be relied on for any health decision.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). An order is accepted when we confirm it and payment has been received. We may correct errors in pricing or product information, and we may cancel an order affected by such an error with a full refund.

Requests to change or cancel an order can be made at any time before the order has been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible with your order reference and we will confirm whether the change can be made.

Dispatch, delivery and returns are covered by our Shipping and Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the Australian Consumer Law section above, Pepology is not liable for loss or damage arising from the use, handling or storage of products after delivery, or from use of products contrary to these terms. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the replacement of the products or a refund of the price paid.

The content on this site, including text, images and branding, is owned by or licensed to Pepology and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without our written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
